Sadiq Razak
Co-Founder & Partner
Sadiq Razak has been in financial services since 1994. He has worked at Bear Stearns, ING Bank, Naeem Holdings and Wood & Company.
Sadiq held the roles of Head of Trading, Co-Head of Equities and MLRO. He has extensive experience with equities and fixed income and has built businesses in London, Istanbul and Dubai. During his career, Sadiq has overseen 50 plus deals across CEE, Turkey and the MENA region.
In addition to financial services, Sadiq has been an investor and manager of both residential and commercial property for over two decades. He holds an MBA from Henley Business School.

Jennifer Ewing
Co-Founder & COO
Jennifer Ewing has over 20 years of experience in international financial markets covering institutional and family office investors in the US, UK and Europe. Her area of expertise is in Emerging and Frontier Capital Markets Sales, Trading, Deal Placement and Digital Assets.
She has worked in both New York and London for investment banks ING Bank, Dresdner Bank and Wood & Company. She has helped numerous companies during the IPO listing and placement process in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. Jennifer has spent the last several years at Razlin as the COO working with smaller and start-up businesses assisting them with their growth needs in the digital asset space. She also consults for Razlin partner and family office introducer Cap-Connect.
As well as working in financial markets, Jennifer has done extensive volunteering for Animal Assisted Therapy, Dress for Success and Age UK Kensington & Chelsea. She is the COO of The Hamilton Society. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Behavioural Communication from The University of Arizona.

Stewart Calvy
Head of Execution & Risk
Stewart Calvy has over three decades of capital markets experience, primarily in the trading and execution of Emerging and Frontier Equity Markets.
Stewart’s career commenced in the 1980’s when he began trading Japanese Equity Derivatives . During a 17 year career at ING Bank in London and Hong Kong, Stewart held the position of Managing Director, running EMEA Global Equity Trading and Execution (Extel ranked #1). More recently, Stewart worked for VTB Capital in the ECM division & GSX Group, whereby he gained exposure to the nascent digital asset sector.
In addition to his financial services career, Stewart is an avid property investor, domestically and internationally.

Peter Bennett
Head of Capital Raising
Peter Bennett has over three decades of experience in financial markets. He joined Morgan Stanley Asset Management in 1989 in order to develop international products for US clients. He worked closely with the World Bank’s IFC.
In 1995 Peter founded Bennett Capital Management Emerging Markets Fund where he was the recipient of numerous performance awards. A decade later he created the alternative investment fund business under the Applied Income Sciences (AIS).
Peter founded Greenhill Global Limited (GGL) in 2014 to work with investors to advise and raise capital for companies across a wide range of industries. Peter has worked closely with companies in FMCG, medical devices, consumer goods, consumer finance, media, FinTech and technology.
Peter is a graduate of The Johns Hopkins University and The School for International Training in Berlin.

Ipek de Vilder
Head of Private Markets
Ipek has had an extensive career in the financial markets. Her focus is deal making and private markets.
After beginning her career in Equity Research and Strategy at Societe General, Ipek transitioned to Emerging Market Equity Sales. She spent over 15 years combined at Deutsche Bank and Auerbach Grayson. Her clients consisted of UK and European investors.
More recently Ipek has moved in the private market space where she is known as a go-to person because of her vast network.
Ipek holds an MBA. She has been a Governor and Trustee to several charities and has also held non-executive director roles, mainly within the education sector. Most recently Ipek completed a Private Markets Investments Programme course at University of Oxford.
